email us at support@readgasp.com. include your username and a quick description of what's going on (a screenshot helps). we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
how do i delete my account? open the app and go to Account → Delete Account. your stories and comments stay on the platform attributed to a deleted account, but your personal info, sessions, and follows are wiped.
how do i report a story or someone? tap the menu on any story or comment and choose report, then pick a reason. reports are private — the person you report is never told who flagged them.
what does "18+" mean? gasp is for adults only. you must be 18 or older to have an account, and we verify your age at signup.
how does moderation work? every story is reviewed before it appears — by an automated system and, when needed, a human. stories that break our rules never make it to the feed.
is gasp really anonymous? stories are posted without your username attached. it's pseudonymous, not invisible — don't post anything that reveals your or anyone else's real identity.
