By creating an account or using the gasp mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by CupNoodle Labs LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We verify age via date of birth at signup and reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Your username is selected from a randomized pool and may not impersonate another person or entity. You may not create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Ownership. You retain ownership of the stories, comments, and other content you post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant CupNoodle Labs LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, and moderate your User Content in connection with operating the App.
Promotion. You also grant CupNoodle Labs LLC the right to feature, reproduce, excerpt, and adapt your User Content — including through screenshots, screen recordings, images, and video — in promotional and marketing materials, both within the App and on third-party platforms such as social media. We may use such content without additional notice, compensation, or attribution. We may edit or anonymize featured content at our discretion, and will take reasonable steps to obscure identifying details before amplifying User Content beyond the App.
Anonymity. Stories are posted without attribution to your username. Comments on others' stories are anonymous. Comments on your own stories display your username. You are responsible for not revealing your own or others' real identities in ways that could cause harm.
Prohibited content. You may not post content that:
Zero tolerance. gasp has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Objectionable content — including any content described as prohibited above, and any content that targets, harasses, bullies, or threatens a specific individual — is strictly prohibited. When objectionable content or an abusive user is reported or otherwise identified, we will act within 24 hours to remove the content and to suspend, eject, or terminate the responsible account as appropriate. By using the App you agree to these standards.
All content is subject to automated and human moderation. We may remove content, place content on hold for review, reject content, or shadowban accounts at our sole discretion. Moderation decisions are communicated through the App. If your content is rejected, you may edit and resubmit it in compliance with our content policies.
Community members may report content and vote on content warnings. Repeated violations may result in account shadowbanning or termination.

The App, its design, branding, and underlying technology are the property of CupNoodle Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the App or its content (other than your own User Content) without our written permission.
The App may offer optional premium features and subscriptions. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and managed through our payments provider (RevenueCat) — we do not collect or store your payment card details. Prices are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds. Payments are handled by Apple or Google, and refunds are governed by their respective policies. We generally cannot issue refunds directly; you must request them through the app store you purchased from, except where a refund is required by law.
Changes. We may add, modify, or discontinue premium features or change prices. Price changes apply to future billing periods, and where required we will give you advance notice and the chance to cancel.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. USER CONTENT REFLECTS THE VIEWS OF ITS AUTHORS, NOT CUPNOODLE LABS LLC.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUPNOODLE LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CupNoodle Labs LLC and its officers, members, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through the Account screen in the App. Upon deletion, your personal information is removed as described in our Privacy Policy. Stories and comments you posted remain visible (attributed to a deleted account) as part of the anonymous community record.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. You waive any objection to venue in these courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
